An unique experience

Colombia characterized by its infinite natural diversity, natural resources, geography, multiculturalism is the result of the union of cultures at the time of the conquest, so that the traditions in the regions are represented in the many dialects, dances, colors, sounds , flavors and reaffirm the identity of the country. We will get lost in the historic center of the city, the so-called Candelaria. We will navigate through the Magdalena River until we reach Villavieja, the Gate of access to the Tatacoa desert known as the Valley of Sorrows. We will discover one of the most important archaeological parks in Colombia located in San Agustín. We will visit Popaván, a small and fabulous colonial city where they stay faithful to the Colombian traditions. We will travel by Jeep through the coffee areas such as Salento, the Garden of Antioquia, the Esplendor waterfall and we will take a cable car to Santo Domingo to admire the beautiful views that the city will offer us. We will discover the highest palm trees in the world located in the Valle del Cauca. And to finish we'll let you lose by boat in the area of ​​lakes in Guatapé and El Peñol.

Itinerario

Day 1: Flight to Bogota

Day 3: Bogotá - Aipe - Río Magdalena – Villa vieja

Day 4: Tatacoa Desert- San Agustín

Day 5: San Agustin

Day 6: San Agustín – Popayán
Transfer from San Agustín to Popayán (5 hours), located in the Pubenza valley, a small and beautiful colonial city especially interesting for the maintenance of the Colombian traditions. Located between the Central and Western Cordillera in the South of Colombia, its Holy Week processions were declared a Masterpiece of the Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity by Unesco, being also the Unesco City of Gastronomy. Day 7: Popayan
Private transport from Popayán to the Coffee Zone (4/5 hours). Visit to the weekly Silvia indigenous market (only Tuesday). Night in coffee farm

Day 8: Coffee zone - Salento - Valle de Cócora - coffee area
Transfer by Jeep from Salento to Valle Cócora for a guided tour and see the famous Palmas de Cera (the national tree of Colombia, the highest palm tree in the world). Before returning to the farm stop and tour of Salento

Day 9: Coffee area

Day 10: Coffee zone - Antioch Garden
