Although some of its volcanoes are currently extinct, all have left their mark in the form of lakes and lagoons. We can not miss the opportunity to dive in one of the most beautiful of Nicaragua, Laguna Apoyo and also in the small and remote islands of Corn Island. We also propose a small circuit through the beautiful cities of Granada and León taking advantage of the diving stay.

Itinerario

Day 1: Flight to Managua
Upon arrivat at the airport, meet and transfer to the hotel.

Day 2: Granada-isletas-Granada
Breakfast at the hotel. We start the day with a tour through the channels of the charming Isletas, an archipelago of more than 300 islands located at the foot of the impressive Mombacho Volcano. Back in Granada, we visited the city, one of the most beautiful in Central America: the La Merced Church, the Crossed Street, the Church of Xalteva, the Cathedral and the Church of Guadalupe, the Convent Museum of San Francisco. Day 3: Granada - Laguna Apoyo
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Laguna de Apoyo one of the most beautiful lagoons in Nicaragua formed by a volcanic crater. Its abundant biodiversity and the calm waters of the lagoon make of Apoyo an inescapable destination, in which we can swim, sail in kayak or simply walk while we admire the landscape. Accommodation next to the lagoon, where at night we admire the flight of hundreds of fireflies

Day 4: Laguna Apoyo
Two dives in the volcanic crater of Laguna Apoyo.

Day 5: Laguna Apoyo-Granada-Masaya-Managua Volcano
Breakfast and transfer to the Masaya Volcano National Park, which has an area of ​​54km² that includes two volcanoes and five craters. A paved road takes us to the edge of the impressive and active Santiago crater. It is one of the few places in the world where a crater can be observed at such a short distance. Transfer to Managua where we make a visit to the city: Central Park, the ruins of the Cathedral of Santiago, the National Palace of Culture, the Rubén Darío Theater and the Salvador Allende Port. Day 6: Managua-Corn Island-Little Corn Island
Flight to the Corn Islands. Upon arrival, transfer from the airfield to the port to board Little Corn Island. Transfer to the hotel
